At Ellie Seattle, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale decor pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
